Pregnancy Safe Yoga.

Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focus. This class is slow and relaxed and allows the pregnant mother to slowly ease herself into the disciplines of yoga.

    Hi, I have neck procedure recently, can I attend the prenatal class? Previously I have vomited during my first Yoga class and I have to stopped immediately during the class. That is before my neck procedure and pregnancy. Kindly advice.

      Hello there….yes, you should be able to attend the prenatal yoga or Yin yoga (prenatal friendly) classes, as long as you get doctors clearance 🙂
