Josh Tan

Biography:
With 4 years of experience in fitness industry as personal trainer and group fitness instructor for commercial gyms and corporate companies. Josh has trained almost 100 clients in Klang Valley with specific conditions and various goals. During his college days, he began to develop a serious interest in physique development and physical conditioning after his knee injury. From then, he heavily researched the responses of human body to physical conditioning and practiced everything he learnt. He started exercising to improve his physical conditioning and developed his physique to challenge himself further. In 2013, Josh took his first step in his career as a personal trainer in a commercial gym which then he ventured into group fitness instructor not long after. As a Les Mills IMT RPM Instructor and ACE Personal Trainer, he believed that he is able to inspire others to make a meaningful change in their lives as fitness has changed his life.
