Nessie Tu

RYT-200 certified yoga instructor under Yoga Alliance. With Ashtanga being the core practise that drew her deeper into Yoga practise, Nessie particularly enjoys the thrills and adrenaline from inversion and arm balance practises. As an aerial arts performer prior to Yoga, she strongly believes in the importance of building a solid foundation and core to any form of practise, hence, incorporating various fundamental core strengthening flows into her Power Flow sequences. And due to her playful and curious nature when it comes to trying new things, experience has led her to understand the further importance of proper muscle engagement and rehabilitation stretches practises. Hence, branching out into the study and applications of Mat Pilates and Yin Yoga. Nessie aspires to share with the public the joys and fun in the dynamic movements of yoga, that yoga is more than just holding certain asanas for certain periods of time; but rather a way of self expression, release and a whole lot of fun.
