7 weeks + 20 group workout sessions (online and studio sessions plus online class recordings) 

Private one to tone zoom consultation assessing lifestyle & nutrition 

Customised diet & nutrition guidelines for a long term sustainable health 

Postural and body composition assessments 

Daily support and advise from our professional & certified coaches 

Support group with other mommies 

Tips on ways to keep healthy during the festive CNY period 

Intake starts on 7th Jan 2023 and the programme ends on  25th Feb 2023

Replacement sessions for the physical studio sessions can be done via the weekly Mommy Body Back classes. Replacement sessions can only be done during the period of the programme
